Partner Libraries We are members of the Central Library Consortium (CLC). This cooperative agreement among 18 Central Ohio library systems offers over 5 million items to member library cardholders. Pataskala Public Library patrons may use their library card at fellow CLC libraries and may check out, return, and request items at those locations.
